Another Brooklyn-based furniture design company's name stumbled upon the desk of the Editor-in-Chief of Cheese Lovers International. Called "EcoSystems," this company makes very green furniture, so much so that they have a special staff person dedicated to LEED specifications (or something like that). We particularly liked the table ($1,500) and chair ($2,400) pictured here. Check them out here:
